The Sheridan Arts Foundation discovered dinner theater in the historic Sheridan Opera House theater is a perfect fit. Over 100 people attended the March 19th "Taste of Italy" fundraiser featuring Andy Lo Russo: The Singing Chef. Andy Lo Russo and local sous chef Mary Gallagher demonstrated recipes as local caterer The Butcher & The Baker simultaneously served a delicious four course meal. Thank you to all who attended this event. The Sheridan Arts Foundation plans to throw a similar party in the spring of 2011. Stay tuned for details!
